Robert W. Hurley, D.D.S.
"Nothing
short of excellence is good enough for my patients."Dr. Hurley was born in Iowa and has lived in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area all of his life. He earned his undergraduate degree from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa with a double major in Biology and Chemistry.
Dr. Hurley graduated from the respected University of Iowa College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 1983.
In 1995, Dr. Hurley earned a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, an important and meaningful career achievement.
In keeping with his unwavering commitment to maintain the highest standards of excellence and to stay on the cutting-edge of modern dentistry, Dr. Hurley has earned his Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry in July of 2008. This involves extensive continuing education and training.
Dr. Hurley is well known for his passion for quality dentistry. Some may say it's his first love, but that same intensity and energy he has for his work carries over into his active personal life.
He enjoys spending time with his beautiful family. Two of his children are home owners with steady jobs and the youngest is pursuing a degree in International Business.
Basketball is a favorite hobby of Dr. Hurley's. In the past he coached his kid's basketball teams. Now his standing bi-weekly basketball games with a great group of friends / ferocious competitors keep him on his toes and in shape.
Dr. Hurley also enjoys a multitude of other active pastimes, including golf, fishing, pheasant hunting, biking, rollerblading, skiing, sailing, and various water sports.
Dr. Hurley has the honor of membership in many prestigious organizations.
