MASTERSHIP FROM
The Mastership Award is the highest honor available in the AGD and one of the most respected designations in the profession. This accomplishment meets the highest criteria for professional excellence. To accomplish this, Dr. Hurley completed 1,100 hours of continuing dental education in the 16 disciplines of dentistry, including 400 hours dedicated to hands-on skills and techniques. As a recipient of this award, Dr. Hurley has joined over 2,200 members of the dental community who understand that great smiles and good oral health for their patients are the result of going above and beyond basic requirements. “Dr. Hurley’s accomplishment shows his allegiance to the profession and commitment to ensuring his patients receive excellent oral health care,” says AGD President, Paula Jones, DDS, FAGD. “The challenging process of becoming a Master exemplifies Dr. Hurley’s dedication to continuing education and distinguishes him professionally in the dental community.” Dr. Hurley graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1983 and currently practices dentistry in Carter Lake, Iowa. In addition to the AGD, Dr. Hurley is a member of the American Dental Association, Midwest Gnathostatic Study Club, Omaha District Dental Association and the International College of Oral Implantology. Dr. Hurley is married to
